Faulty /damaged items

Please notify us by email within 7 days of any problem. We will send replacement or refund (as you prefer) and will pay cost of returning the item to us.

Unwanted items

We will accept back any items for a full refund provided they are in an undamaged, unused and resaleable condition, and returned within 28 days. We will not pay the postage cost of returning the item in this circumstance.
